Rivalry week has officially arrived, and Impact stalwart Patrice Bernier stops by to tell the guys all about the cultural and sporting rivalry between Montreal-Toronto. From language, to style and everything in between, what makes these two cities tick? First, though, Simon Borg is back, and it is time for him to revel in Poku glory. Meanwhile, Andrew and David try to figure out where Andrea Pirlo would fit in with New York City FC as they review a wild weekend.

In the second segment, the guys break down “The Notebook.” But instead of Ryan Gosling, it is all about Clint Dempsey and his controversial three-game suspension. Taylor Twellman comes on to answer all your questions: Was it a fair? Should Dempsey be called up to the national team? Are MLS referees treated worst than their worldwide counterparts?

In the mailbag, Simon feeds David’s sociology + soccer nerdom with a tale from Colombia, and the guys look for more North American soccer tales.
