Road warriors? How DC, Montreal, Portland and Seattle stack up at their Conference Semifinal opponents

Road Warriors? How Leg 2 away teams stack up at playoff opponents

It's never easy to go on the road and get a result.

That's been especially true in the 2015 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, with home teams picking up at least a draw in seven of eight matches thus far this postseason. Two home teams -- Montreal Impact and Seattle Sounders -- won the first leg of their Conference Semifinal series on Sunday, with another -- the Portland Timbers -- holding serve with a scoreless draw. D.C. United wasn't as fortunate, of course, falling 1-0 to the New York Red Bulls at RFK Stadium.

While they mostly took care of business last weekend, D.C., Montreal, Portland and Seattle will all at least need to keep it close this coming Sunday as they venture on the road for the decisive second leg of the Conference Semifinals.

Just how difficult a feat will that be for those four clubs? Here's a look at their all-time history when playing at their playoff rivals:

Montreal Impact at Columbus Crew

Montreal is 1-5-0 all-time at Columbus

D.C. United at New York Red Bulls

D.C. is 13-15-5 at New York, including a 1-5-2 mark at Red Bull Arena and a 3-2 record at New York in the playoffs

Portland Timbers at Vancouver Whitecaps

Portland is 3-1-2 when playing at Vancouver in MLS action

Seattle Sounders at FC Dallas

Seattle is 3-2-4 all-time at Dallas, including a 0-0-1 mark in the playoffs
