Match #1: Inter Miami CF vs. Orlando City SC
WHO WILL WIN?
- Inter Miami will be without star forward Gonzalo Higuain after he was sent off following the conclusion of their Week 19 loss against the Montreal Impact. In his absence, they'll look for a big performance from Rodolfo Pizarro as he returns from international duty with Mexico.
- Orlando are into the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs for the first time in their six MLS seasons, and are currently riding a 12-game unbeaten streak that extends back to late August. Injuries have taken a toll, though, so Oscar Pareja's side will look to get healthy before single-elimination comes around.
- All-time Series: ORL lead 2W - 1L - 0D; ORL 6 goals scored, MIA 5 goals scored
- Kickoff: Saturday, October 24 at 3:30 pm ET

Match #2: Chicago Fire FC vs. New York Red Bulls
WHO WILL WIN?
- Chicago currently hold the East's 10th and final playoff spot, sparked by losing just once in their last six games. This is also their penultimate game this season at Soldier Field, which they returned to in 2020.
- The Red Bulls have recorded two straight 1-1 draws, with both results coming against Eastern Conference teams (Toronto, Orlando) that have already clinched playoff spots. They were sparked by late goals from Caden Clark and Brian White, respectively.
- All-time Series: CHI lead 28W - 19L - 12D; CHI 94 goals scored, RBNY 77 goals scored
- Kickoff: Saturday, October 24 at 7:30 pm ET

Match #3: Philadelphia Union vs. Toronto FC
WHO WILL WIN?
- The Union have won three of their past four games and will look to rebound from a 2-1 defeat against league-leaders Toronto back on Oct. 3. Remarkably, homegrown midfielder Anthony Fontana now has six goals in 440 minutes this season.
- Toronto, who have a table-topping 41 points through 19 matches, have a nine-game unbeaten run of their own. They got the job done last weekend without star forwards Ayo Akinola and Jozy Altidore (injuries), and Alejandro Pozuelo continues to have an MVP-caliber season.
- All-time Series: TOR lead 11W - 7L - 6D; TOR 36 goals scored, PHI 30 goals scored
- Kickoff: Saturday, October 24 at 7:30 pm ET
- Watch on: TSN 1/4 in Canada; MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US
Match #4: Real Salt Lake vs. FC Dallas
WHO WILL WIN?
- RSL are looking for back-to-back wins for the first time all season, and will be well-rested after last playing Oct. 14 at home against Portland (2-1 win). They're currently just outside the West's eighth and final playoff spot, too.
- FC Dallas will need a bounce-back result after dropping a 3-0 decision at Nashville SC on Tuesday. They have a three-point cushion and games in hand for sixth place, but face playoff pressure beneath them.
- All-time Series: DAL lead at 20W - 12L - 8D; DAL 60 goals scored, RSL 46 goals scored
- Kickoff: Saturday, October 24 at 7:30 pm ET
- Watch on: MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US; MLS LIVE on DAZN in Canada
Match #5: Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. San Jose Earthquakes
WHO WILL WIN?
- To return to the win column, Vancouver will likely need a key performance from club-record signing Lucas Cavallini. The Canada national team striker has three goals in their last three games, but was held scoreless in last weekend's loss against the Galaxy.
- After struggling mightily during the summer, San Jose have quietly gone 4W-1L-1D in their last six games. They've posted back-to-back shutouts, too, with homegrown goalkeeper JT Marcinkowski coming into his own.
- In two prior meetings this year, San Jose's won both by a combined 7-3 scoreline.
- All-time Series: Tied at 8W - 8L - 9D; SJ 38 goals scored, VAN 36 goals scored
- Kickoff: Saturday, October 24 at 10:00 pm ET
- Watch on: TSN 1/4 in Canada; MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US
Match #6: LAFC vs. LA Galaxy
WHO WILL WIN?
- El Trafico returns for the fourth time this season and 10th time overall (in all competitions), with the Galaxy winning two straight meetings between these Los Angeles-based rivals.
- The Galaxy recently snapped their six-game losing streak with a 1-0 win over Vancouver, which came with Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez not in the starting XI.
- LAFC will look to return to the win column after getting one point from a possible six in their last two games. They're currently 4th in the West, while LA are 12th.
- All-time Series: LA lead 4W - 1L - 3D; LA 20 goals scored, LAFC 17 goals scored
- Kickoff: Sunday, October 25 at 3:30 pm ET
- Watch on: ABC in US; TSN2 in Canada
