LA Galaxy head coach Bruce Arena will be a part of FS1’s studio coverage of Sunday's Western Conference Semifinal double-header broadcast of the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs, it was announced on Friday.
The coverage kicks off when the FC Dallas play host to the Seattle Sounders at Toyota Stadium (7:30 pm ET), which will be called by announcer John Strong, analyst Alexi Lalas and reporter Julie Stewart-Binks. The Cascadia battle between the Vancouver Whitecaps and Portland Timbers at BC Place will close out the coverage (10 pm ET), and will be called by JP Dellacamera alongside analyst Brad Friedel and reporter Brian Dunseth.
Arena, who led the Galaxy to the Knockout Round of the 2015 playoffs where they were defeated by the Sounders, will be joined in FS1’s studios by host Rob Stone and US Soccer Hall of Famers Eric Wynalda and Brian McBride.
In addition to FS1's American broadcast, both Western Conference games will be shown nationally in Canada, with the Dallas-Seattle match set to air on TSN1 and the Vancouver-Portland contest scheduled for TSN1 and RDS1.
